How to Buy a Bird Stand?
I recently took in a Great Billed Parrot that was being neglected by someone I know. I am now wanting to buy a bird stand (not sure if that's what it's called). I'm talking about the stand that you can put a parrot on so that they can be out of their cage. Is there any specific type that I should get? Should it have food and water cups? What about toys? Any advice is appreciated.
as far as the little play stand designs go, there aren't any rules to follow! You simply consider what setup might look more fun for your bird.
Most stands do come with food and water cups. These are great for giving little treats during the day, but are not completely neccessary.
