ya u can . . no harm cleaning ur face with it. but it might make your skin become oily 'cos the moisture in the toning liquid, which if ment for temporary dry skin cause by make up.
so if u just wanna freshen up on the go, try using wet tissue which are not scented or not with alcohol.

That's the same structure that has triggered massive global recalls, a plant sequester-down and at least eight lawsuits against the Triad Group and H&P Industries of Hartland, Wis. The lawsuits request that contaminated alcohol prep products led to dangerous infections in people using the products for medical take responsibility for.
The recall announced on Sept. 16 came after federal Comestibles and Drug Administration inspectors visited the plant and tests showed the comportment of Bacillus cereus, said Melanie Liebowitz, PDI's iniquity president of regulatory compliance. But she stressed that the levels were low enough that the products remained well within allowed specifications and that the remembering was initiated only after extensive discussion with FDA officials.
