How many freeze-dried bloodworms should I feed my betta every day?
I know freeze-dried bloodworms are treats, but this is all I have for now. And I want to know should I feed it once a day with freeze-dried bloodworms or twice a day? Please help.
He will be fine for now. In the wild, they do not have pellets and survive off of blood worms, brine shrimp..etc.
Anyway, you can do either. If you feed him twice a day, feed a little less than you would if you fed him once a day. Depending on the size, I say about TWO blood worms twice a day is plenty.
You might want to soak them a bit in tank water before feeding them so it doesn't cause too much of a constipation problem.
* Remember: Don't overfeed and always remove uneaten food.
