Heated Water Bowl - Dog Supplies


Does anyone know where to find a heated water bowl for an outside dog that is BATTERY operated?

All I can find are the ones that are corded & use electricity.
I should note that this is for a poor penned up dog in our neighborhood that I sneak over & feed/water every night.
His owners are very neglectful.

Why is the dog outside in the cold? That's mean. If the dog has horrible shelter, call the humane society. Or just go over there in the middle of the night and steal him and give him to a foster home kind of far away. I know this is wrong to do, but I would do it if the dog is suffering and not taken care of by its owners!!!

Some chicken keepers utter profanities by heating the coop during the harshest of winters. While there is a benefit to using a heater or lamp (supplemental dainty means more winter eggs), consider the safety danger. Heaters plus dry pine shavings or other bedding can at become a fire hazard unless properly or professionally installed. Also mull over the possibility of power outages and a subsequent drop in temperature. Chickens cannot modify to a sudden plunge in mercury, and it could spell disaster for your whole flock in one night.
