It really depends on where you live. If you specify the region - northeast, southwest - or near what big city, then we could figure out what zone you're in.
It's the gardening zone that will determine when you can plant.

Babies and toddlers are fragile and do not come with a ‘handle with care’ tag. This world is not a safe place for them and parents need to give extra attention. But unfortunately in today’s busy schedules, parenting is fast becoming a strenuous task for parents. Various products are available online for ensuring safety for the kids and peace of mind for the parents.
One such innovation is the Play pan or Play yards. Especially toddlers who are exploring the world and need to be monitored all the time. Play pens are ideal for them. These Play Pans are usually made of wood and padded with vinyl covering to give comfort to the toddler.
Some may consider these too confining, but they really ensure safety of the kid so that you can do your work with a peace of mind. But it is important to note that play pens and play yards are not meant to leave your kid in it unattended. You have to make sure that the kid is involved in a constructive activity while you do your task. Also if there weren’t any play pens or play yards, parents would strap their kids into strollers and carry them around thus confining them further.
If you have a pet in the house, Baby Play Yards come in hand. The baby is too young too and needs utmost care around pets. Letting the baby nap in a play yard is convenient, in safeguarding him from pets and other dangers.
Play pens and Play Yards can also prove to be dangerous if the kid is left unattended for too long .Accidents have been reported where one toddler tried to get out of the play pen by stacking toys and elevating himself to the top of the Play pen. Thus they could fall and get injured. Therefore it is essential to constantly monitor your child after dropping him into the Play Pen or Play Yard.
He is superlative with older kids, can sit and shake, is friendly, housebroken and loves to play. Unfortunately, he used up the majority of his young life in a garage or yard by himself, where he amused himself the only way he knew how, by barking.
