Do I need a license to start a pooper scooper business?

I am start a small business as a pooper scooper and I wanted to know if anyone knew if I need a business license before I started. thx
I am starting a small business as a pooper scooper in my area and I wanted to know if anyone knew if I need a business license or tax registration before I get started. I don't know if this will work in my town and I am in Minnesota. Thanks any Help.

I think you need a license to do all most anything these days. Call your court house and ask.

Let's do some quick math. If she called him 65,000 times in a year , that's 178 calls a day. She's up about 16 of those hours ... carry the one ... she must have called him inhumanly 11 times an hour, every hour, every day, for a whole year .

Understandably, the man was a minute, say, annoyed. Why he didn't change his number after the first week is one of viability's greatest mysteries, but he did call the police. The woman has been ordered to in contacting her ex. Well, she says he's her ex ... the man says they've never had a relationship .

Rose Parade pooper-scoopers do dirty work | 89.3 KPCC

PASADENA — Hundreds of volunteers make the Rose Parade happen each year — even the lowly pooper-scoopers who clean up after the prancing ponies.

Students from Pasadena Community College and Marantha High School dragged themselves out of bed at 2 a.m. on New Year's morning and armed themselves with shovels, overalls and rolling plastic trash cans.

Their task is to clean up after Appaloosas decorated with feathers, cowgirls on quarter horses and Buffalo Soldiers.

Annie Sommers, a 16-year-old softball player, declared her white coveralls "hopelessly ugly." She accessorized with a plastic flower in her hair, rose earrings and a scarf.

Despite the dirty work, Sommers says she's happy to participate in a world-famous parade. She says jokingly she'll try out for Rose Queen next year.
