I'm in need of an Airline Approved Dog Crate....Help me?!?
My husband and I are moving to Japan in September 2010 and are wanting to bring our two border collies and the thing is.. They both seem to have a cage complex and tend to freak out a bit when in small cages..(we rescued them from the pound) and this will be their first time flying EVER and its quite a flight. One of my main concerns is that I don't want a plastic crate and the regular wire crates aren't strong enough. We found a Steel Crate but we aren't sure if its air line certified:

another issue is feeding them. We aren't sure on the regulations for flying animals of medium to large breeds so could anyone help us with this issue??
I would really appreciate it if you put websites to back you up so we can get some resources..THANKS!!
