toy storage?
Ive been researching toy storage bins online and they're really expensive. My daughter is not quite ready for a toybox yet. Do you think it would work if I just bought some tupperware bins and put them on the shelves of a bookcase? Or do you have another option for toy storage that doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
That is exactly what I do with my son's things. Those big clear plastic bins on shelves. It is actually really nice...you put everything of a set in one...all the train parts in one, all the dinosaurs in another, Mr. Potato Head has his own...then your child will not be so overwhelmed trying to find specific toys, or trying to put them away...he has to put everything back in the container and put it back on the shelf before he can get another out. One thing to remember though is make sure the shelf is anchored to the wall so she can't pull it over on herself.

Sgt. Dennis Jones, coordinator of the regional Toys for Tots program, accepts a donation from Paige Meade in December. Now, the Toys for Tots program is in needfulness itself – for storage space to house about 8000 of those toys. Toys for Tots Coordinator, and more »
