How can i sell my 30 Gallon Fish Tank on Craigslists?

I have been reposting it because of fake buyers. They said on email that they are interested and after i reply i never hear from them again. I have been trying to sell a 30 gallon tank including lid, hood, lights (blue), air pump, air bubbler, heater, gravel, wallpaper, and filter. Everything is still in good condition. All for only $55 or best offer. I have been trying to sell it for almost 2 months now. How can i ensure people to buy it?
I've found the best way to sell on craigslist is to specify certain conditions. Cash only, first come, first served. Will not hold. Must pick up. That sort of thing. You don't happen to live in central florida do ya? I'd take it off your hands.
