Does anybody have any experience with the hob octopus 100f skimmer? I am looking to upgrade for my prizm..the only thing its good at is making noise.
Any comments on the octopus?

Was placed in a 20 gallon basement sump with no height restriction. If used under the display tank then consider the 22.5" although a nice feature is the collection cup easily removes in which it's secured by water tight O rings with a .25" lift and remove for easy cleaning. Once adjustment a dry skimmed is achieved with a very dark skimmate produced and a very potent odor. Definitely reminds you it's working very well. I've set a selling price of $250 to be picked up in Lowell at any time from late morning to early evening. A phone call of communication within the PM will accelerate the sale rather than continuous PM's. Paypal guarantees a solid sale.
