Does anyone have any tips on how to sew a ferret costume? Not for ferrets, of a ferret?
I want to wear a ferret costume to the Dooktober Fest this month, but all costume websites say "take a jumpsuit of this color......" or "By this pattern". Well, If you think i should, I'll give into a pattern and just alter it, but if so which pattern should i use? Any tips otherwise?
Try this - get a body suit, basically any color (white, black, grey, etc). Wear white gloves and white socks for "mitts", get "kitten ears", you can wear a bib, put fur around hands and feet, sew on a tail, wear a bow-tie (any color), and paint your face like a ferret (nose, whiskers). I dressed up like one for Halloween one year, and had a great time. People had a hard time guessing what I was.
