Halloween costumes for rabbits?
So, I want to dress up my rabbit for Halloween, but I don't know where to get a costume for rabbits. I've seen really small ones for dogs and I've been thinking about getting one for him, but I want to check if they make costumes for rabbits.
First of all see if your rabbit will be okay with wearing a costume some rabbits absolutely love it, some rabbits don't really notice or care about a costume, but some rabbits hate costumes and will destroy it while trying to get it off. If your rabbit is calm, quite, and lazy (like one of mine was) then it probably won't faze him.
If you think your rabbit will be able to handle a costume(if he doesn't mind wearing a harness (http://www.petco.com/product/10498/Super -Pet-Comfort-Harness-and-Stretchy-Stroll er.aspx) then he will likely be more able to adapt to a costume) than I would just get the small dog costumes or if you have a small rabbit than you can probably get away with a build-a-bear costume(my rabbit used to love being dressed like an elf during Christmas time. He would hop around happily every time he wore it) They do make rabbit costumes I think, but you have to find them on the internet and they are expensive and very limited. A small costume is likely to be better suited for your bunny, easier to get, and less expensive.
Hope this helps!
I hope you and your bunny have a very hoppy halloween!

In 1864, Dodgson, using the pen name Lewis Carroll, authored the Wonderland books, constructing a unconventional world of late rabbits, talking playing cards, flamingo croquet mallets, a mercurial ruler and assorted balderdash.
“There are a few oddities for this one,” said kingpin Michael Zorger, such as a cow costume that operates like a actual puppet, sort of as in “The Lion King.” The show has a menagerie — a sheep, three eclipse mice, a rabbit, three little pigs and a wolf
Two students, one in a rabbit uniform and the other clad as a dragon, danced on stage until the dragon chased the rabbit away, symbolizing the end of the Year of the Rabbit. When the kind started in 2005, there were a handful of students.
