Sometimes it justifiable doesn't pay to try and save some money. In fact, prospering "cheap" on some things can do more harm than good.
Last week, I bought some flea balk treatment for my dog Milane at a local pet store. Milane's a narrow-minded white dog who's just as happy being carried in your arms as she is event and playing outside. She's pretty easy-effective - although she's developed a nasty habit of doing her affair on my mother's kitchen floor. Clean as a whistle at adept in, but the minute she steps on my mother's floor, she squats.
I'll go away that story, however, for another very special episode of The Usually Perfect Negligible White Dog Diaries.
This week's episode deals with the aftermath of using a tawdry flea treatment that nearly burned her entire mentality off. OK, so maybe I'm exaggerating a tad - not that I'd ever do that.
Normally, I'm Captain 'Buy Everything from the Vet.' I get my pet viands there. The dog and two cats get annual checkups. If they need tests or particular treatment, I don't hesitate to spring for them. Better to pay for a bit of watchfulness rather than the expensive aftermath. Like people, taking custody of a medical situation early on for a pet is a lot cheaper and less hassle than waiting for it to get out of switch.
Compare Prices on Wonder Pets - Save the Reindeer
Includes: “Place the Reindeer!”, “Assign the Goldfish!”, “Assign the Baby Birds!”, “Assign the Camel!”, “Build the Ants!”, “Put the Egg!”, and “Place the Flamingo!”
We must have waited a year - at least - for original Wonder Pets episodes, but this one doesn’t disappoint. Although there is a Christmas-themed reindeer episode, the others are as advantageous (if not better) than the many, many other pets that have been saved in past episodes. My kids (3 and 6 - who started watching this at 5 and 2) Tranquil worship this exhibit, and are also learning about places and animals as they go. As a mom, that makes me fancy it, too - although I’d probably esteem it anyway, thanks to the adult-aimed cracks made throughout the note. Now, hopefully we won’t have to wait another year for MORE WONDER PETS!
