TMNT Mini Mutants Helicopter
From Playmates
Amazon Sales Rank: #27835 in Toys & Games Brand: Playmates
Was a big hit for a 5 year old Ninja Turtle fan! After getting a Ninja Turtle invitation to a 5 year olds birthday party, I went hunting for a similar themed gift. This TMNT Helicopter was the gift I chose and it ended up being a big hit. As with most children's birthday parties, there always ends up being one gift the birthday boy/girl seems to favor over all the others and at this party this was the one. He received everything from huge water guns to video games, but this was the gift he didn't put down and had to carry home himself. The helicopter shoots 2 little toy plungers like missiles out from it and has a plastic grappling hook that drops down. It comes with a few little Ninja Turtles as well that fit inside of it. Another nice thing about this toy is the helicopter itself is very brightly colored and fun looking, not just the packaging. One thing I would note is that the blades of the helicopter are set in a special way so that it can fit inside the packaging, but they can be adjusted so that they are in the typical position. At first we didn't think they could be adjusted, but after reading the directions, we realised we just had to apply a little bit more pressure to get them set right. All in all this ended up being a great gift for the birthday boy and was the one he favored the most at the end of the day! Great but falls apart My son (almost 4) LOVES this toy! I am so tired of it!!! It does some neat stuff... it shoots little plungers, and fun things like that. But that stinking winshield wont stay on. We got this toy in yesterday around lunch, so we've had it about 28 hours. I bet I put that winshield back on it 60 times just yesterday... and about 4 hours ago - it broke - cant put it back on now. My son is pretty careful with his favorite toys, and the windshield just never really fit it right - it opens so that you can put the turtles in, and as careful as he is - it would pop right off every time he tried to open or close it. Now I am trying to convince him that it doesnt need the winshield to fly - but he is very upset. Also the landing gear pops off to... I'm not sure if it is designed to do that - but it does... I've been able to put it back on, but expect it to break before long as well. Then there are the gun things on the side... they pop off to... I can put them back on, and I dont think that they are going to break so that I cant fix them... uggh! In a nutshell... this is poorly made! The kid loves it - but I am not getting anything done around the house, for sitting to fix it every 10 mins or so!

The Weekly Round-Up #111
I patently lost faith in this mini-series somewhere in the second half, but David Lapham pulls everything together very nicely for this climax's conclusion. Junius, called Felix, has been both plotting to finish off Caligula, the mad emperor, and assisting and more »

Dynamite Cop
It could be beaten in less than half an hour making it very inconsequential value for money. Just think, you could have picked it up during a midnight Dreamcast tender and have it done and dusted before turning in for the night. There's a hint of Die Dictatorial Arcade
