How do i get my guinea pigs to use its ramp in their cage?

my two guinea pigs have a ramp in their cage and they never use it.
i tried putting food up their on the ramp to see if they climb up to get it, but it didn't work. I also tried just putting them up there with food but then they just got down and never climbed back up again.
Any suggestions?
Did you just get them? If so, it may take awhile. If you've had them for a while, then I have no idea.
Anyway, my guinea pig sort of uses his ramp. He learned how to use it on his own, but most of the time he just jumps straight up there.
Just leave their food up there. When they get hungry, they'll learn they need to use the ramp(or jump) to get to its food.

Conclusively, we were able to put the ramp down and they can all play together. They all seem so happy and alive! They're getting along important.

Some of you have seen my question yesterday and said that my mother gave me no money to go buy storage cubes for cage.Well things have changed, my father gave me $ 40 for washing his car for a few hours, I go to Wal-Mart to buy dice.
