rabbit cages .?

i have a question ? and am hoping for an answer from you guys .

i have a rabbit that i got for my b-day at the pet store . and i didnt think he was going to get so big . i mean he's not really that big. he doesnt have enough room to play around . my dad and i have been looking at the same pet store where we bought abu from . and the cages that they have are only two , and the prices range from 250 to 350 and it's not that big of a cage . i was wondering if you could help me . im looking for a cage that i can put outside that is not that much and not that big . * discount* would be nice .

Personally, I think you should either litterbox train your rabbit or put in a pet door for it and train it to go outside.

There are various factors to consider when checking out how large a rabbit cage one should purchase for a pet rabbit. Experts in reality say that the rabbit cage needs to be as large as possible based on both the owners budget and the space it will occupy.

Consequently, affordable, large rabbit cages are a good investment for the health and well-being of anyones adorable pet rabbit.

With rabbit cages, bigger is always advisable. According to experts, their cage needs to be at least four times the rabbits length. Of course, this too depends on the breed of rabbit that will be living in your home. The rabbit wants to have enough room, but the owner wants a rabbit cage that is easy to clean and care for their pet rabbit.

Besides the standard water bottle and feeder, pet rabbits like to have room to hop around and play in their home. Rabbit toys and chew treats are ideal for rabbits.

They also enjoy to dig. A box filled with dirt or even shredded paper will supply hours of amusement for a rabbit. But these tools and toys require space, so a large rabbit cage is good for your rabbits mental health, also.

Rabbits also like a home with various different levels, which can be connected by ramps. This is specially true if the pet rabbit will confined to the home for long periods of time. Once Again, a large rabbit cage fits the bill.

If there are two or more rabbits, they may share the same cage if they have been spayed or neutered. The rabbits require to be introduced carefully and supervised, or they can have separate houses and socialize while playing.
